How does it work?
1. File Preparation
First of all you should prepare your file in case you don't have a digital
photo. For a detailed description of what you should do, visit the Practical
Info section.
The only supported format is *.jpg at a maximum file size
of 5 mb.
2. Request a Free Quote
At this stage you are offered to upload your photo in order to receive
an accurate price. Please fill up the form at Request
a Free Quote page.
We guarantee full privacy of the information you provide. An e-mail will
be send from StudioStatic within a few minutes to confirm
the upload.
You will receive the price quote within 1 business day.
3. Approving the Quote
To approve the quote just reply to the e-mail and provide the additional
information that might have been sent with the price quote.
After the approval we will start work on your project immediately. Once
we have started work on your project it may not be cancelled!
4. Prewiev and Payment
We will notify you by e-mail when the work on your photo is completed.
Attached you’ll have a low resolution copy of the final photo. If
you like the work done, you will be asked to make the prepayment.
You will receive a customized e-mail/invoice from 2CheckOut.com.
The email will have a link to a payment form where you can make payment
to StudioStatic.
5. Completion
After 2CheckOut.com informs us that your payment has been received, you'll be notified with the download address so that you may immediately access the photo.
Payment Method
The quickest and therefore most favored option is credit card payment. Your credit card information will be processed by our authorized retailer, 2CheckOut.com.
This vendor is authorized to perform credit card transactions worldwide and is registered with the US Better Business Bureau.
After receiving the e-mail/invoice, you are directly sent to 2CheckOut.com to fill in your credit card information. All transactions are performed on-line via secure and well-tried payment gateway, to keep your information safe.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB and derivatives of those brands, are accepted.
